Upgrading to the Gold Plan ($45/year) adds dental discounts of 5–40%, a 24-hour NurseLine, chiropractic and alternative health care savings, and 24/7 personal travel assistance. The Platinum Plan ($53.50/year) includes everything in Silver and Gold, plus discounts on car rentals and hotels.
