The Silver Plan is free and covers prescriptions, vision, LASIK, hearing, and diabetes products. Upgrading to the Gold Plan ($45/year) adds dental discounts of 5–40%, a 24-hour NurseLine, chiropractic and alternative health care savings, and 24/7 personal travel assistance. The Platinum Plan ($53.50/year) includes everything in Silver and Gold, plus discounts on car rentals and hotels.

No — the Discount Card is not insurance and is not a substitute for health insurance. It does not pay providers directly; instead, members pay for services themselves and receive a discount from participating providers. It is also not a Medicare prescription drug plan or a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. Please note the plan is not available to residents of Vermont or Washington.
